BOVAEA 2-Day Negotiator Certification Course Conducted at Excel Academy

As of May 2014, BOVAEA (Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agents Malaysia) has decided to standardise the 2 days course module for the negotiator certification exercise. Negotiators are required to register with the Board to conduct real estate transactions. This is part of the effort by the board to improve the professionalism of the industry and to weed out illegal brokers.

At Excel Academy, we conduct the BOVAEA 2-Days Negotiator Certification Course throughout the year. The course is facilitated by Ms Leong Sook Ping, a Registered Estate Agent with BOVAEA.

For the 2-days, Ms Leong Sook Ping will be covering the following topics:

• Part 1 - Overview of the Real Estate Industry
• Part 2 - Registration of Negotiators (RENs)
• Part 3 - Profession in Real Estate
• Part 4 - Understanding the Act & the Rules
• Part 5 - Law Relating to Property
• Part 6 - Malaysian Estate Agency Standards
