Goods and Services Tax, takes effect from 1st April 2015, is now chargeable on all taxable goods and services, and on all GST-registered businessmen in Malaysia, except those who are exempted. GST, a consumption tax, is made in multi-stages on all intermediaries in the production and distribution processes. This program is designed for participants to understand and be able to accurately submit the GST return as per the compliance with goods and services tax requirements in Malaysia.
By the end of the program, attendees will be able to:
- Understand the guidelines on valuers, appraisers and real estate agents introduced by Jabatan Kastam Di-Raja Malaysia;
- Understand the guidelines that likely to affect all valuers, appraisers and real estate agents;
- Familiarise and learn about accounting issues on GST; and
